@Martin - I very much agree with what you are saying here although one has to reflect on all aspects of the argument. We can all be to some extent guilty of adopting a somewhat blinkered view to these issues and for the most part, stepping back and observing the 'bigger picture' can almost always deliver helpful results.

Please ignore the last sentence of my post, I was wrong about 9.2 and 9.3.

Not sure what it is from the comment, if you post the full output of capistrano, I'll try to take a look when I get some free time. Also, if you solved it, please let me know what the issue was and Ill update the info in my post accordingly.

't convert nil into String". I got no release_path variable, I have deploy_to correctly set, and still running into this error while executing deploy:migrate task
